  1. Missing 4 chapters makes the story much less enjoyable. Is this to encourage me to buy a copy, or just to tell if I was paying attention?
    7,8,9,13. Seemed unimportant? Edited out? Renumbered pages?
    Just wondering.

    1. I was completely unaware those were missing. My apologies. Not sure how that happened, but I’m guessing it had something to do with the site. Thanks for bringing that to my attention.
