Finally! After four plus years of work, Ghere’s Inferno, formerly known as “Flames,” is ready to go out into the world. On Friday, December 22nd, the ebook will be released on Amazon.com. The trade paperback will follow close behind in January. The audiobook will more than likely hit the digital shelves on January 15th. To make sure you don’t miss out on the TPB and audiobook releases, consider joining my mailing list.
If you’re interested in purchasing the ebook, please consider doing so on December 22nd and help give it a boost in the rankings.
The cover was designed by my wonderfully talented friend Scott E Pond at Scott E Pond Designs. Pondy, as he’s often called, is the only person insane enough to want to work with me. Also? He’s designed every trade paperback published by Shadowpublications.com. Basically? He’s the man. If you’re in the market to get a cover done, or some custom art, go click on that damned link.
Howdy, folks. Just to let you know, I have a limited supply of trade paperbacks for both Derelict: Marines and Derelict: Tomb now available in my store. When you purchase, make sure to put in the notes whether or not you want the book personalized. If not, then I’ll simply autograph it and send it to you.
In addition, the enhanced edition of the Derelict:Tomb audiobook is also now available. The enhanced edition has music and sound effects that are not in the general commercial edition released to Audible and other vendors. So if you want that version, get it here.
As always, thank you for your support and patronage.
TJ Redig of the Scrivener Soapbox podcast was kind enough to have me on as a guest. We talked about my writing, my process, the history of shadowpublications.com, and various other topics. Give it a listen. Thank you, TJ, for having me on. It was a blast.
And here we are, kids. The cover for “Lamashtu.” As I mentioned in some other posts, the audiobook is currently in Audible’s ridiculously clumsy mitts so it may take a while for it to actually show up. But the ebook? It’s done. It’s ready. And you can preorder it right now.
Now, a few words about Lamashtu. last year, fellow author Ed Lorn commissioned a story from me for his anthology based on the old Universe horror movies of the 30s, 40s, and 50s. Instead of being a simple modernization of those tales, the anthology premise was to reinvent them. My assignment? Karloff’s “The Mummy.”
They say “good things come to those who wait.” And after all the time it’s taken to put this book together, I know it’s true.
We at Shadowpublications.com have been working on this book for a long time. In November 2014, we released Legends of Garaaga on Amazon.com. Less than a year later, we’re finally publishing its companion: Daemons of Garaaga.
We posted the cover reveal on Friday, so now it’s time to post the links.
My little novelette, “Mimes” is now available for pre-order from Amazon.com for 99¢. The little ebook will be available to download July 17th, 2015. So if you want to help push it in the rankings and help me out, go ahead and getcha some. We’ll be making it available for audio download in the near future as well.
Here we are, Fiendlings. The cover for the “Mimes” ebook. This is the first in a collection we’re calling “Dark Recesses.” Stories from this collection focus on creepy environments, nasty monsters, and terrible human beings. In other words: it’s a shadowpublications.com kind of thing.
Scott Pond worked like the devil to put this one together. And he did a hell of a job. I can’t wait to see what he does for the second tale in the collection, “Lamashtu,” which will drop in the future.
You’ll be able to pre-order this ebook on July 5th, 2015 from Amazon.com. I’ll post links as soon as we have them.
My novel Closet Treats is now available for 99¢ from Amazon.com for the next week. The Parsec Award Nominated novel has disturbed a ton of people over the years and to this day, I still receive pictures of ice cream trucks from all over the world. Why? You’ll have to read it or listen to it to figure that one out.
So do yourself a favor and get it on the cheap while the deal is in place.
Yup. They’re here. Trade Paperback copies of Legends of Garaaga are now available for purchase. I’ll sign ’em, personalize ’em, and ship ’em for a whopping $10.99. The shadowpublications.com store is available 24 hours a day for your convenience.
